The attendant can set up and cancel certain station features such as Call Forward, Do Not Disturb, Callback, and Reminder.
The following features can be canceled from the console:
Call Forward (CFWD) for all stations in the system
Call Forward for individual stations
Call Forward Follow Me (CFFM) for individual stations
Do Not Disturb (DND) for all stations in the system
Do Not Disturb for individual stations
Callbacks
Reminders
Multiline Set Status Messages
Auto-Answer (multiline sets only).
Callbacks, Reminders, Multiline Set Status Messages, and Auto-Answer can also be canceled by dialing the Clear All Remote feature access code (see Clear All Features).
The attendant cannot setup or cancel station features while handling a call or while in message mode.
On the 5540 IP Console, the CNCL ALL FWD and CNCL ALL DND softkeys appear only if the system has been programmed to allow access to these functions.

Set the Att Cancel-All Feature Access field as follow if you want the attendant to be able to:
cancel both Call Forward and Do Not Disturb for all stations, select "BOTH"
cancel Call Forward only, enter "CFWD"
cancel Do Not Disturb only, enter "DND"
cancel neither Call Forward nor Do Not Disturb, enter "NONE"

All consoles
To cancel all features for a particular station:
Select Cancel Station Features on the Program menu.
Enter the extension.
Click Yes.
To cancel all types of Do Not Disturb or Call Forward for all stations:
Select Cancel All DND, Cancel All CFWD, on the Program menu.
Click Yes.
Click Yes again to confirm the cancellation.
To cancel Do Not Disturb, Call Forward, or Call Forward - Follow Me for individual stations:
Select Cancel Station DND, Cancel All CFWD, or Cancel Station CFFM on the Program menu.
Enter the extension number using the computer keyboard.
Click Yes.
To setup Do Not Disturb for a station:
Select Set Station DND on the Program menu.
Enter the extension number using the computer keyboard.
Click Yes.
To cancel all features for a particular station:
Press Function.
Press Stn Function.
Enter the extension number of the station.
Press Enter.
Press Clear Feat.
Press Exit.
To cancel all types of Do Not Disturb or Call Forward for all stations:
Press Function.
Press Att Function.
Do one of the following:
To cancel Do Not Disturb, press Cncl All Dnd.
To cancel all Call Forward, press Cncl All Fwd.
Do one of the following:
To proceed, press Confirm.
To cancel the request, press Cancel.
Press Exit.
To cancel Do Not Disturb or Call Forward for individual stations:
Press Function.
Press Stn Function.
Enter the extension number of the station.
Press Enter.
Do one of the following:
To cancel Do Not Disturb, press No Disturb.
To cancel all Call Forward, press Call Fwd and Cancel All.
Press Exit.
To setup Do Not Disturb for a station:
Press Function.
Press Stn Function.
Enter the extension number of the station.
Press Enter.
Press No Disturb.
Press Exit.
To setup and cancel types of call forwarding for individual stations:
Press Function.
Press Stn Function.
Enter the extension number of the station.
Press Enter.
Press Call Fwd.
Press the softkey(s) for the desired call forward type.
Do one of the following:
To setup forwarding, enter the number to which calls are to be forwarded.
To cancel forwarding, delete all digits by using the arrow left key.
Press Save.
Press Exit.
To setup and cancel an advisory message at a multiline set:
Press Function.
Press Stn Function.
Enter the extension number of the station.
Press Enter.
Press Set Up Msg.
If required, press Next Msg and Previous Msg to view available messages.
Do one of the following:
To setup an advisory message, press Turn Msg On.
To cancel an advisory message, press Turn Msg Off.
Press Exit.
